How to Navigate Your CEED Dashboard & Update Your Customer Profile

After logging in to your CEED account, your dashboard becomes your main control center. From here, you can manage your profile, view your orders, and access important account features.

This guide will show you exactly how to navigate everything with ease.

Accessing the Dashboard Menu

Once you are logged in, look at the top-right corner of the website header.

You will see a dashboard button/box (usually your name or an account icon).

  1. Move your mouse over it or tap it (on mobile).
  2. A dropdown menu will appear with several options such as:

  4. Orders
  5. Logout
  6. And other account features

This dropdown menu is your quick navigation tool.

1. How to Update Your Customer Profile

Updating your profile is simple. There are two ways to open your profile page:

Method 1: Using the Dashboard Dropdown

  1. Click the Dashboard button on the top-right corner.
  2. In the dropdown menu, click “Profile”.

Method 2: Using the Direct Link

What You Can Update in Your Profile

Inside your profile page, you can update:

  1. Your name
  2. Phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Password
  5. Additional personal details
  6. Any other editable customer information

Make your changes and save them.

2. How to Check Your Orders

Just like viewing your profile, checking your orders is also simple.

Method 1: Using the Dashboard Dropdown

  1. Click the Dashboard button at the top-right corner.
  2. Select “Order” (or “Orders”) from the dropdown menu.

What You Can See in Your Order Section

On the orders page, you can view:

  1. All the items you’ve purchased
  2. Order status (Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Delivered, etc.)
  3. Order date
  4. Order ID
  5. Payment status
  6. Delivery details

This helps you track your past and ongoing orders easily.
