Becoming a vendor on CEED allows you to showcase your products or services to thousands of customers. Follow this easy guide to set up your vendor account.

🟦 Step 1: Open Your Web Browser

You can use any browser, such as:

1. Google Chrome
2. Safari
3. Mozilla Firefox
4. Microsoft Edge

Go to the CEED Vendor Registration Page

In the address bar, type:

👉 https://www.ceed.africa/vendor/auth/registration/index

Press Enter to load the page.

🟩 Step 2: Create Your Vendor Account (Account Details Form)

The first page you’ll see is the Account Creation Form.

Fill in the required details:

1. Email Address

1. Enter a valid email you check regularly.
2. Example: example@gmail.com

2. Phone Number

1. Select your country code (e.g., +234 for Nigeria).
2. Enter your active phone number.

3. Password

1. Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters).
2. Use letters, numbers, and symbols for better security.

4. Confirm Password

1. Re-type the same password to avoid errors.

When Done → Click the “Next” Button

This will take you to the second part of the registration form.

🟧 Step 3: Fill Out Vendor Information (Personal Details)

You will now be asked to provide information about yourself as the vendor.

1. First Name

Example: John

2. Last Name

Example: Doe

3. Upload Vendor Image

1. Upload a clear profile photo.
2. Required ratio: 1:1 (square)
3. This represents you or your vendor profile.

Click Upload File, then choose your image.

🟥 Step 4: Enter Shop Information

This section sets up your business presence on CEED.

1. Shop Name

Example: XYZ Store

2. Shop Address

Provide the physical address of your shop or business location.

3. Upload Shop Logo

1. Upload your business logo.
2. Ratio: 1:1
3. Maximum size: 2 MB

4. Upload Shop Banner

1. This is the large banner image for your shop page.
2. Ratio: 2:1
3. Maximum size: 2 MB

Choose good-quality images because they affect how professional your store looks!

🟪 Step 5: Provide Your Business TIN Details

CEED requires your tax information for verification.

1. Business TIN

Enter your official Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

2. Expiry Date

Click the date field and select the expiration date of your TIN document.

3. Upload TIN Certificate

1. Accepted file types: PDF, DOC, JPG
2. Maximum file size: 5 MB
3. Click Upload File and select your document.

🟫 Step 6: Complete the Security Check

Enter Captcha Value

Type the numbers or letters displayed in the captcha box.

This helps confirm you are a real person.

Agree to the Terms & Conditions

1. Tick the checkbox: “I agree with the Terms & Conditions”

Make sure to review the terms before proceeding.

🟩 Step 7: Submit Your Vendor Registration

Click the Register or Submit button to complete your vendor application.

What Happens Next?

1. CEED will review your vendor details.
2. You may receive a confirmation email or SMS.
3. Once approved, you can log in and start adding products to your store.
